I take customer service pretty seriously. I’ve mentioned previously I did not have good experience with the one gal. She was rude and, ignored me and sent me to another line. I wouldn’t want any of my friends or family members to experience that frustration. Other than that the fender job was good and, the receptionist I’ve had a few conversations with were nice.

Can’t remember her name. Was not a receptionist. She was pretty short fused and pretty rude. Did not want to hear what I had to say just forwarded me rudely to another line. Receptionist 9/10. Very polite, kept me updated as they said they would, professional and over all good. Thank you!
