Original body work needed to be re adjusted because what was presented as "complete" was sub par, my headlight is blown on opposite side now and I had to purchase new head lights as well as a running light for the side that had been replaced. Mounting bracket for my hood was damaged (the hood leveling system) and tech claims it was pre existing when it had no issues prior. Customer service during the wait and communication was great however. Earning some positive overall experience

My vehicle had be be towed back after being repaired because the front left steering assembly wasnt put back together properly. The incident happened on the highway. I could have been seriously injured. Not to mention after having the vehicle for another 3months it still has issues. Now a 4WD Unavilable error code appears.
