Considering you guys did absolutely nothing to our vehicle except LOSE it, I am deeply unsatisfied with my experience. Blaming the tow company for "stealing" out vehicle without even looking in the key box for our keys is lazy and dumb. How you guys are even still in business when employing such idiotic staff is beyond me.

Our car was rear ended and we were given classic collision as a repair shop. Francisco was assigned to our car and from start to finish his communication was on point. He checked in twice a week to update me on the status of my car. And he gave me a duration of time to expect to not have my car. Surprisingly, I was called a week and a half early that the car was done. He fixed up our car perfectly and we were happy with the job done. Thank you!
