The body work, time in shop, communication excellent. I would recommend but would encourage others to check their vehicle lights, etc. before driving off and definately encourage CC to remind their people to be more efficient.

the lady from CC was AMAZING! She told me that it could possibly take 6-8 weeks to get my car back...I was not pleased but just chalked it up to living in AK. However, it took less then a month (09/12-10/4/25)...I was so surprised when my husband told me she called & said my car was ready. She was so amazing, she even opened on Saturday to let us pick up the car (she had other's that were getting their car too but she didn’t have to go above & beyond like that). She even stayed late (5:45pm) the night we dropped off my car. I appreciate ya'lls customer service. A co-worker told me when he found out that I took my car to CC, "be prepared to wait 5-6 months for your car". IDK what happened with his situation but when I called to inquire, she told me not to worry & that it would be fine. She even told me to tell my co-worker she was sorry that happened. I WILL ALWAYS TAKE MY CAR TO CC...TY for such wonderful customer service in a world where there is a lack of.

I was always kept in the loop about the repairs to my truck. Even when parts came in damaged they informed me and was able to get my vehicle to me 3 days ahead of the new completion date. Very happy with their professionalism and quality of work
