The guy who fixed my car was super professional and nice. But the lady at the front was not really nice to me. They told me come there on 10:30. I forgot my appointment time. So call them and they told me 11. I came in at 11. And they told me my appointment is passed. So i gotta make new appointment. I told her about the phone call and i cant take one more day off for this. It was completely her fault that she gave me wrong info. And then she acted like it’s my fault, so she cant do anything for me. During the part order process, it got delayed a lot. So I asked them about things and they were super not nice to me.

The work that Classic Collision did was very good. So far I am not pleased with the alignment that Simmards says they did. Francisco has been wonderful to work with and is helping to remedy the problem. Definitely a 10 with Classic Collision, hopefully Simmards will take care of the alignment issue.
