I had a very disappointing experience with Classic Collision. The staff was unprofessional and rude, and communication throughout the repair process was extremely poor. I was not provided with timely updates about my vehicle, and when I had concerns, I felt like they were not willing to be helpful or take responsibility for addressing the issues. Customer service and communication should be a priority when someone trusts a company with their vehicle, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I will never use Classic Collision again, and based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.

Just got our car back on 8/21/2026 because it was fixed out of state. Customer service was amazing really good keep us updated on the status on vehicle and so glad they took their time fixing it and so far, so good since we had it deliver back to us in Michigan!!! ☺
