I was told u would get to dates periodically on my car, with that being said I feel that I should have also been updated on parts not being received at the appointed time as well. I had to call to get updates on my car. If the front couldn't help me, I was told that Dustin would give me a call on two occasions but never received any call. I was also told that I would be put on the list once more for to updates. They picked my car up on October 24 and the only call I received was on December 15 to inform that my car was ready.
