Communication was not great. Was not alerted that car parts were unavailable and that repair would not be completed on time. Had to reach out several times for updates. People I dealt with were all great, but communication could be more proactive.

Missing wind shield off front off hood so far I am satisfied with everything else

Still waiting to complete the job. A Bug shield on the hood was not replaced. The pictures taken before the repairs show the shield needed to be replaced, and it fell off before I brought the car in to be repaired. Service Manager told me he would order one and call me to drop by and have it put on. Been since September 22, have not heard from him.

I have no complaints about the repairs, things look amazing I couldn’t give a 10 because I’ve only had car back for 3 days but it feels like my car again. Great communication with staff and picking car up process was good and staff was sweet and helpful. I only have 1 complaint and for some reason I have ants all in my car, since I received it back. It’s strange but it could have been a thing that just random ant thing in shop lol girl getting repaired.
