I guess I was looking for the same customer service as the previous owner. So it could just be me. I was quoted a same day repair but that didn't happen. I had an appointment but maybe the quote was only guaranteed on my original appointment. I called the collision center for updates and was advised of forms and status whenever I called. I did receive a call that my vehicle was ready thirty minutes after I called to find out. No explanation of the repair but the invoice was easy to read.The work looks great. The guy that brought my vehicle out was very helpful and made recommendations of where I could leave my vehicle to pick up later. He thanked me for my service.

The one thing I would change would be communicating with the customer. I had to call each time to get an update ( I was told 2 day and it took 9 and I had to call each time to check on the status). I got a text when I dropped it off and when when it was ready to be picked up. Matt did a wonderful job handling a situation we had after repairs were completed. He went way out of his way to handle this issue. Thanks and hope this helps.
