The one thing I would change would be communicating with the customer. I had to call each time to get an update ( I was told 2 day and it took 9 and I had to call each time to check on the status). I got a text when I dropped it off and when when it was ready to be picked up. Matt did a wonderful job handling a situation we had after repairs were completed. He went way out of his way to handle this issue. Thanks and hope this helps.

Another shop check our car and told us we needed wheel bearings took it to classic collision they said our tires were bad put on a set of tires and did an alignment car runs great very satisfied with service
