From start to finish, I was so impressed with my services at classic collision Winchester. The communication was clear and easy. As most people know going through any sort of inconvenience of having to lose your car for awhile and use a rental… The process was so smooth the daily text to see what status your car was at were so helpful. The front desk(Rob?) he was so helpful, he sent me a quick photo of my son’s car seat in the car because I needed it for my insurance claim, which was so helpful. My rental car situation was smooth with a shuttle to take you to the rental car place and an easy drop off of pick up! Amanda is who I worked with for my estimate and she went above and beyond making sure my car was taken care of. I had to give her a huge hug when I picked up my car because I was so grateful and it looked so nice. I will definitely be recommending classical collision. Thank you for a great experience.
