No, I don't like this, because I did not pick up my car. Did my car still at Fix auto temecula ? Or did you give my car to someone else? I really don't like this at all. I received that Nan picked up the car at 5:09PM. I did not go to Fix auto to pick up my car. I called Fix auto and the shop is closed. I really don't like it. I have to call and find out what is going on.

Ryan was our service advisor and he was amazing! Always keeping us updated and informed about what was being done with our vehicle! Very professional knowing how to treat a customer that is already going through a lot of stress and anxiety due to the accident! I’ll give him 5 stars or a 10 on a scale of 1-10!
