From my very first phone call with Patty, I knew I was dealing with a professional team. She was friendly, helpful, and made scheduling my estimate appointment easy. When I arrived, Patty greeted me and immediately put me at ease. She summoned Lawrence for the estimate, and he was reassuring, courteous, and highly professional. He quickly inspected my vehicle and provided a detailed estimate without making me feel rushed. The front office was clean, welcoming, and the entire shop had a very organized, professional appearance. Mitchell went above and beyond by giving me a ride home after I dropped off my car, which I truly appreciated. During the ride, I learned that he also manages the parts ordering, and it was obvious he is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. What impressed me most was the communication. The team kept me informed throughout the entire repair process with text updates, so I always knew what was happening. Then came the biggest surprise—I dropped my car off, and it was completely repaired, expertly painted, detailed, and ready for pickup the very next day! The workmanship was outstanding, and my car looked fantastic. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, efficient, and truly cared about doing a great job. I highly recommend this collision center to anyone who needs quality repairs and exceptional service. A huge thank you to Patty, Lawrence, Mitchell, and the entire team. You all deserve a raise! Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and enjoyable.
