Thus wasn't the first time we brought one of our vehicles to them. Just like last time they were professional, fast at what they do. And Mrs Nikki was absolutely wonderful. I'm a customer for life.

Nikki was more than helpful, always kept me informed regarding the progress of the repairs being made to my car. Most importantly I want to add is that she was so very patient and understanding with me when I was leaving my car off. I was very stressed and impatient that day (my husband suffers with dementia and I had left him home alone), I was rude and took my frustrations out on her. Nikki on the other hand was very calm, patient and professional inspected my car and told me she could email me everything . She sensed how worried I was and made the entire process so much easier for me, I will never forget how understanding and kind she was her professional but personal attitude set the tone for an overall great experience with your company. I also must comment on the receptionist at the front desk, she too was very understanding and helpful the day I left off my car and the day I picked the car up. My husband was with me asking her all kinds of questions (really not making much sense) and she was very kind, understanding of the situation and answered all his concerns.

The car looks as good as new! Service was done promptly and efficiently. I wanted to comment on Nikki she was very understanding and patient with me, kept me abreast of the work being done but most of all she was so very kind.

Both Nikki and the girl at the front desk were very accommodating to my needs and frustrations (not with Caliber but that my husband has dementia) I was nervous leaving him at home and Nikki helped by emailing me all the necessary paperwork so I could get back to caring for my husband. When returning to pick up my car the girl at the front desk was so very nice answering all of my husband’s questions even when he didn’t make sense she gave him her attention.
