Gerber got my car in and out in 2 days and it was supposed to take a week, great customer service, took care of the rental shuttle and everything. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent work and good customer service by Mr. Hugo Ramirez, he even volunteered to give me a ride picking up and returning the Hertz rental car. Due to summer heat, although Hertz is close by on Pioneer St. in Lake Elsinore. I really appreciate Mr. Ramirez gesture of kindness, I was pleasantly surprised.
