Gerber Collision & Glass - Moreno Valley

My only complaint I have is that my Mazda CX5 was at the shop for too long. I dropped it off on 7/21/2026 and got it back on 08/05/2026, which is nine days in total. This clearly affected my travels to work and I had to negotiate or work around my family's schedules to borrow one of their vehicles. As someone at this shop knows, Van Hoang dropped his son's (Nathan's) Honda CRV to get two heavily dented doors and other things fixed, which were worse than what my Mazda had. Yet, Van got his son's car back in about half a week from the shop. I simply want this shop to plan, execute, and finish future autobody repairs in a faster and timely manner. Luckily, I was able to request the repair to be finished sooner than the original date; which was 08/07. I appreciate that my vehicle is fixed, had good customer service, and got updates with good communication; however, I'm not satisfied with the time it took to finish the repairs.

I give this a 6/10 because the time it took to repair the impact area of my car took nine days. My best friend Nathan's Honda CRV had worse damages on the passenger front and passenger rear doors. His dad Van H. got it back in 3 days or so. Which is way sooner and faster than what I went through. Getting to work was tough and I had to work with my family to borrow one of their cars. Its not all bad though, because the area was fixed. It just took a long time to do so.

The customer service was excellent. Everything was done in a timely manner. But I have to say Jessica was absolutely fantastic. She was very polite, and friendly and kept me updated on what was happening. I would recommend Gerber to anyone. I never met anyone that worked on my car but if they are as great as Jessica was I will say you are very lucky to have them working for you.
