This shop took in my vehicle. Did not update me about anything on my car. They were trying to put recycled parts back on the vehicle and to make it worse, Vanessa released the keys to my vehicle without my authorization to my dad. When I called her to asked why she released the keys to my dad without my approval as his name is not listed on my insurance or my car she said I thought that was your husband. This shop has raised many concerns for safety and how you protect your customers. I am glad I did not get my vehicle repaired here and if anyone is really reading this I hope you update your policy on releasing vehicles. Thank god it was my dad but imagine if it was a stranger. She didn’t ask for ID or anything and simply released the keys over.

Even though there was a delay in my car being finished, I really did appreciate the extra attention to the additional needs so that I didn't have to take it home and then bring it back again. That would have been difficult. I also appreciated the personal touch and the thank you note that was left in my car. That goes above and beyond. Thank you for great service!

Everyone was very professional. There was a bit of a setback because something additional was discovered after the original repairs were made. That was a little disappointing, but it was so much better that it was discovered while the car was still at the shop rather than us taking it home and realizing we had a problem. So, I really appreciated the thoroughness of the repair.

They did a wonderful job on my 2010 Tundra with a camper shell on it. I had a trailer jackknife accident. When I got it home and went to load stuff back in the Camper shell I discovered a line of paint that had lifted where the camper window seal contacted the new paint on the tailgate. The new paint will probably need to cure before it can be possibly buffed out.

Danny was personable and professional. He explained everything in the process of repairing the bumper. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They got the car fixed in two days. They worked on that same car once before. I asked my Insurance Company if I could to back to them this time.
