Gerber Collision & Glass - Highland (CA)

For the most part I was satisfied and when i first looked at the car it seemed complete. The damaged side was parked in the shade [which is why i think i didnt notice the issue] However when I got home and looked at the car in the sun , i noticed There is an area at the top of the vehicle between the rear door and the trunk windows that looks as though the paint was sanded off in error. That area was not damaged and shouldn't have been touched. I plan to return tomorrow to point it out for correction.

I had an excellent experience having my Honda CR-V repaired at this location. From start to finish, the entire process was fast, efficient, and incredibly convenient. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept everything moving smoothly. I especially appreciated how they coordinated with Enterprise to pick me up, take me to get my rental vehicle, and then arrange for Enterprise to pick up the rental when my vehicle was ready. That level of service made the entire experience stress-free. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, and the communication and customer service were outstanding. I also want to give a special shout-out to Ernie. He was absolutely the best! His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made a big difference. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing vehicle repairs. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and pleasant!
