The staff at Ben Clymers went above and beyond to get my car fixed. Kayla is awesome! She kept in contact with me as to what process my car was in while it was getting fixed. They did a great job in doing the repairs, and even got old repairs fixed from another company. I'm 100% satisfied with the work they did.

The entire experience from start to finish was completely professional. They scheduled my appointment seamlessly and clearly explained everything that would happen beforehand. Once they took possession of my car, Sigi kept me updated every step of the way. He was detailed, genuinely cared about my concerns, and provided excellent customer service. I am so glad I took my 2025 Rivian R1S to Siggy/Ben Clymer in Moreno Valley,ca. Siggy is very Professional, understanding and made me feel comfortable knowing that my car would be well taken care of. I was informed of everything that was being done every step of the way. My car was ready almost 10 days sooner than I expected and Looks Amazing! Siggy and his staff took their time and perfected all $9,000 of damage caused by other driver. My vehicle was kept in a locked and protected area at all times. I hope nothing ever happens to my vehicle but if it does, I will definitely be taking it to Ben Clymer in MV as they are a “Rivian Certified Repair Shop” Thank you Siggy for making this ordeal so smooth. I am so happy and as a “Plus” Siggy buffed out my side mirror that I had rubbed causing a black mark. Side mirror looks perfect again 🙌🏼
