This is my second experience at Classic Collision and it was even better than the first time. My Service rider Amanda impressed me with her knowledge, professionalism speed, and her kind personality.. she did an amazing job if I ever need any work on my vehicle again this is the business I’ll go to. I’d also like to comment on the gentleman at the front desk Leonard. He did a great job too, helping me with my paperwork explaining things to me. He’s very good at his work.. so here’s my 10 star review for Amanda and letter who dealt with all my Collision needs and got it done extremely fast. I would also like to mention the speediness of all the workers in the back those guys got it done as well. !! thanks team great work !!!

They still do a good job, just frustrating they won't fix the misalignment as its too difficult for them. But my dad has used them many times and they are pretty good

The repair was good. The tailgate was not lined up properly, I spoke to the tech, i beleive named James, at classic collision about the line up, they said they cannot adjust it anymore as its too difficult and may damage the pannel next to it if they try adjusting it. The tailgate is not flush with the rear of the vehicle. And a visible misalignment is present. They did state if any issues there is a life time warranty for the tailgate, but said again they cannot fix the misalignment.
