I recently had my car repaired here after bumper damage, and I was very pleased with the quality of the work. The bumper repair and paint match were excellent, and my car looks brand new again. The craftsmanship and attention to detail on the repair itself deserve recognition. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that a charm I had attached to the front bumper had been broken. When I brought it to the staff's attention, no one was able to explain how or why it happened. While I understand that accidents can occur during repairs, I was disappointed by the lack of communication. Overall, the repair work was great, but the experience was diminished by receiving my car with a broken personal item and no clear explanation. I hope the shop can improve its communication with customers when issues like this arise.

I find that the paint on the bottom of the lift gate were a little over sprayer I think? I run my thumb on it and the paint chipped off. Also the placed painted my car but when I received the vehicle it was dusty. We also found a small circle spot on the paint.

This is the 4th tie we have brought our vehicle in to Classic Collision. Once before with this same vehicle. Even my family has brought there vehicles in. Reason being is because the crew you have at the French valley location are exemplary. They have great communication skills. We updated as to the progress of the repair and Gabe correct and acccurate dates of completion. The completed work looks great. Honorable mentions to Oscar Garcia for fantastic communication on our repair. He walked us through it all the way from beginning to end. Don’t skip a beat on getting in touch with us and answering questions to our satisfaction. He did a great job. Not to forget Amanda Martinez. She was great with making us feel comfortable as we were in the office and answering any questions she could. She always answers the phone, so you feel like someone is there to connect with.
