I had a great experience with Classic Collision, especially working with Osca. He kept everything updated quickly and was very professional, honestly more than I expected. My car was hit, and the fender was dented with scratches on the driver-side door. Osca did a thorough inspection and made sure to catch every issue, which gave me a lot of confidence. I expected the repairs to take at least a week and was worried about being without my car for that long, but he got everything done in just 4 days. That was a huge relief. Thank you Osca for the fast and professional service!

Classic Collision provided a smooth and worry-free repair process. They obtained the authorization of the owner for repairs. They sent updates to keep me informed of the repair progress. They aligned the car and the final results looks great. I am also able to leave my rental car at their lot for rental company to pick up. The repair process was quite fast considering that they have to order the body parts for a branded car. The service advisor , Oscar, was hospitable and service-oriented. I would highly recommend Classic Collision for auto repairs.

Excellent customer service and communication all around. Love being able to get text updates. The team is incredibly efficient and resourceful. My car looks brand new, and CC managed all the insurance communication and payment with ease. Really appreciate the seamless partnership with enterprise for rentals too. I was picked up by enterprise to get my rental, and was able to leave the rental at CC , once I picked up my own car. would recommend!!!
