Car was not repaired correctly and requires additional repairs. Communication has been difficult as well. I hope the situation will get resolved. My car has come to them 3 times and have spent over 20,000 with them and would expect better customer service.

I could not be happier with Classic Collision they did an amazing job… my vehicle looks exactly the way it did and runs exactly the way it did before it was in an accident. The manager, the receptionist the mechanics were all great, but Oscar was the one that really impressed me his professionalism was top notch ! Dealing with him and all his coworkers was nothing but a pleasure if I ever need a shop again I will be going back to Classic Collision in Winchester California and I would like to personally thank every single one of them and let Oscar know that I think he is amazing !!!

The repair that performed in accordance with bumper and sensor appears to be acceptable! However, I bought a clean SUV with no dust inside the SUV, when I came to pick it up, it was dirty inside with dust, it was clear that the windows had been left down. I pointed it out to Tommy, he immediately took it back and cleaned it! I had my SUV cleaned that morning before I bought it to your shop, in return, I expect to receive a repaired SUV and clean as I bought it. In addition, the exterior was dusty and full of fingerprints! Also, to eliminate future confusion, working two businesses out of one location has caused you to lose a customer. I was not satisfied on some side work that was done that I originally thought was gonna be done by Classic Collision originally!
