The back of my son’s truck was not put together properly and the whole thing fell off and was just hanging in place by the cables. I sent an email with pictures but did not get a call back

Very nice and professional but I had made payment arrangements 1 weeks prior to dropping off the car and on my way there, I was told it couldn’t be done the way it had been set up. They had ample time to inform me that payment would have to be done in a different manner
