I believe the shop has all the potential to do any body shop work. What was not right is it took 3 weeks instead of two to repair my car, communications were vague like “You car will be soon ready” but never I got a firm date before 3 days of conclusion of job. Also, my car until now is not ready there are new parts they did not installed yet I am waiting they call me for an appointment to be installed, but no one phone call or text yet.

The body shop took an extra week to repair my car, it should be two weeks and took 3 weeks. Also, their communications were vague, did not have an specific date to finish repair usually saying “soon will be ready” even though it took one extra week to finish.
