They completed the work, it wasn't done exceptionally well, but it was accomplished.

The Paint on the bumper was not color matched to the rest of the vehicle. the drivers side window does not deploy all the way down now, and it is scratching on the way up. Overall it was fine, they fixed the pieces of the car that needed repair. I would not recommend them for speed, responsiveness or quality.

Estimated window for completion of work was 7-10. I received 2 text updates during that period of time. on Day 10 I called to check on the status and was told it would be another 5+ days of work. I received no additional response until I called again on day 12 to determine the existing duration.

Incomplete job. Replace tire and wheel but the tire pressure sensor battery light is now on. The others were all replaced only a couple months ago. The newly cracked windshield is accident related and glaringly obvious. How was this not addressed? It's literally right where the other vehicle collided with this one. I will make an appointment with Safelite as USAA seems to cooperate with them. Please contact me for a resolution on the tire / wheel issue.
