At first blush, the repairs themselves seem great. The team also did a great job updating me on progress throughout the process. Finally, it was a nice touch to vacuum and wash the vehicle before I picked it up. Thank you very much for a job well done!

They were able to get me in the next day, doubled checked that they had the part in stock, were extremely flexible with the drop off/pick up, washed my car for me after servicing it, and every single person I talked to there was beyond kind and caring. The communication was great except for the one minor problem of bringing my car in before the parts were received and having to come pick it up and then drop it off at a later date which was a large inconvenience. Otherwise, everything was amazing! Super thankful I took my car here.

The repair was quick - they estimated 3 weeks and I needed my car back in 3 weeks and I got it back just under 3 weeks. Communication was great except some parts didn’t arrive on time and I was not notified until almost a week after my car was dropped off, so I had to go pick it back up and bring it back at a later date. This would have been a problem if I had gotten a rental car already but luckily I hadn’t. Everything seems to be working great and they cleaned the entire inside and outside of my car which was above and beyond. Would recommend except I would not have people bring their cars in until the parts are received.
