The body of the car looks great. However, we have the following problems. 1) 15 miles out of Lufkin the left front edge of the under-car shield came loose. We had to stop and buy twine and crawl under the car to secure it for the remainder of the trip to our home in Quitman. 2) Technicians did not reset the Home Screen. It is now in a mode that does not allow Apple Car Play. We will try to find someone in Quitman who can reset it. 3) At higher speeds the engine now has a never-before-heard sound of a small airplane.

Super easy process with amazing results which is all you can ask for. The only thing better would have been not to have wrecked to begin with. But this was the next best thing.

Excellent communication - I received a call quite often to give me an update. In addition, I had to go by to get some things out of my car and they were super helpful. I was impressed with their customer service as well as the service they provided in repairing my car!
