I am so disappointed with, not only the back communication, but the response once the error was realized. There was almost no effort to try to accommodate us after having gone through what we went through to try and pick up our car, only to find out that it was not ready. I would’ve expected follow up. I would’ve expected some type of apology. (The guy at the shop seemed genuinely sorry, but the other people seem to not give a crap)

I can’t really comment on this because, when I arrive to pick up the car after receiving a text message that said it was ready, it wasn’t ready. The bumper was still disconnected. The condenser had not been installed. It was not even close to ready.

I got a text that my car was ready. I woke up with my 18 year old son and left my house at 5:45 am to get to the collision center when it opened at 8 (over two hours away from my home). When we got there, they very casually said the car wasn’t ready. (It wasn’t close to ready) and we had ti drive back to Houston. We’ll have to make the drive again this weekend. Very unhappy
