From first notice of expected completion date until completion date was a week - that seems a bit excessive to me. My tailgate was supposed to be delivered on Monday and wasn’t shipped, then was supposed to arrive on Tuesday but wasn’t delivered and then I was told it possibly be Wednesday when it would be delivered. It was delivered Wednesday and paint was started. Friday I finally got the call it would be ready for pick up. People were friendly- it just took a long time (15 days) to get my vehicle back.
