Communication during the repair process was poor. As in, Communication between them to me and also Communication between them and Travelers. Several times I had to call them, tell them to communicate with Travelers, call call Travelers and ask you to follow-up with the repair shop- because nobody at the repair shop would pick up the phone. Also the shop did not submit repair orders, etc. via the portal as is required. It was me constantly having to play middle man between Travelers and the repair shop just to get something done. Poor customer service and poor communication from Classic Collision.
