Repair quality is fine; just a lot of confusion about the estimate and an additional repair I requested was not performed. You had my car for 2 weeks. On day 6 I called about the progress and was informed that you had not received the estimate from my insurance company. I resent the estimate and also forwarded the estimate I had sent 10 days earlier when I set the appointment. It was a little bit disconcerting since I was constantly told that everything was being taken care of between the insurance company and the repair shop

Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Their time estimates were great. Their partnership with our insurance company USAA was seamless. Although, it is not fun to have an accident, Classic Collison made it bearable. Thank you so much!
