A gentleman insured with Travlers backed into my vehicle. I needed to have my back bumper and rear driver's side panel repaired. After the repair there was some sort of glue/goo that was dried on my driver's side door. There is a new scuff mark on my front drivers side bumper. There is white overspray inside my gas door, and other places on the driver's side. There is plastic wrap left on the roof my vehicle. The clip to my roof rack slide rail won't close. For whatever reason they reset my mileage counter and messed with the position of my pedals, they are adjustable. The button/switch to adjust them is now pushed in and no longer in place. My vehicle is a 2006 and in fair shape. However I still deserved excellent paint and repair services.

The customer service was great, they helped me open doors when they noticed that my hands were full with kids' car seats and other items. They were polite and professional. When I returned to have the 'goo' removed from my drivers side door they were quick and efficient, even though they didn't remove all of the goo.
