I still don’t have my car back. The shop collected payment from State Farm a week ago, but the car has failed internal quality control twice. It was sent back to Loganville the first time. The second time, Buckhead said they would do the required buffing themselves.

After my accident on 12/28/2025, I was devastated and worried my car wouldn’t be restored to its original condition. I wasn’t sure where to take it and had several collision centers to choose from, so I started reading reviews. Even though every shop has both positive and negative feedback, something about Classic Collision stood out to me. From the moment I walked in, Brooklyne was incredibly patient, listened attentively, and reassured me that everything would be okay and that their team could handle the repairs. I was still nervous, unsure if my car could truly be brought back to normal. The repair process took a little longer than expected due to two weekends of snow and ice, but Corey, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable and continued to reassure me along the way. When I picked up my car on Friday, 02/06/2026, I was genuinely impressed. I still can’t believe how flawlessly they repaired it, you would never know there had been any damage. Thank you, Classic Collision, for exceeding my expectations. I truly appreciate you!
