Joshua’s went over n beyond to 1. Receive my vehicle despite policy due to my work schedule 2. Updated not only via email but followup w/audio/vm/text in the event I didn’t or unable to respond or miss call 3.very thorough; made sure to answer ques or get answers 4. Waited after hrs since I was caught in traffic traveling from Fulton Ind n be quick to ask how else he could serve me n in event I’m not satisfied, to give him chance to remedy

Yes. I was hesitant at 1st because it’s a smaller shop n more remote than expected. But, was reassured at ea interval/process/update n attention to detail. I know it’s teamwork but I was impressed with Josuah ability to listen n address my concerns. He not only met but exceeded my expectations and I needed that die to my wk schedule n distance of travel which affected ability to reach me, dropping off n picking up vehicle..I kept him updated regularly, told him my concerns n circumstances. Traffic was awful n he waited for me so that I could pu vehicle
