To date, the 15th, I've had my car back for 2 days and have found no problems thus far. However, the correct pickup date should be April 10th, not April 13th. **On the 10th, I was given a 40 minute window before the shop closed to pickup my vehicle - NOT NEARLY ENOUGH TIME. Then, the shop was closed on the weekend, again preventing me from picking up my car- moving my pickup date to the 13th and charging for 3 extra days. The charges should not go beyond the 10th,

Could not be more satisfied here!! I called Elizabeth to let her know my dad was in the hospital in another state and to ask if I could leave the car with them while I was out of state. She was able to work with Jensen (also very helpful) and get the repair done two days sooner than promised! This was a HUGE relief for me and saved me the expense of keeping the rental car an extra week and paying for it out of pocket. She went above and beyond, and I am so thankful to the entire team. I will recommend them to everyone!
