I am extremely happy with my overall experience with a Classic Collision. Guy was extremely professional and went the extra mile. Once my car was finished I have it cleaned and detailed for me before I pick it up. The bodywork was originally not what I hoped for, but after bringing my car back Guy stood behind his work and fixed everything to pre-accident condition!!! I will happily refer Classic Collison to all of my friends.

I had written a previous review however, I was very disappointed after I open the hood once again. When I first had all the repair work done, my car sat for a long time in your shop. I get it. This is a dirty process. But my car was completely detailed top to bottom before the car accident and when I received the vehicle back, I had to pay to have it re-detailed top to bottom. Especially focusing on the engine as it was filthy. Once again, my car had to go back as there’s been several issues with the right front quarter panel/bumper. Guy stood behind your work and re-clearcoated it. And I was ecstatic to see that you had even washed the car on the outside. Only to find out when I got home, that the engine bay was completely filthy Once Again ! it’s almost like someone literally opened up my engine hood and dumped sand into it. I don’t understand the car was there to get painted and that was it. I don’t know if this is how you guys maintain a clean, working environment, but it sure seems awfully filthy. Overall , I’m mostly disappointed. It’s still not perfect but it’s the best I know I’m going to get from you guys. The shame of it all is I see hundreds of people as I am in sales myself. I definitely wouldn’t recommend someone else going through all the headaches that I have had to.

My car still has scratches (some are newer than the hail damage), the hood is not set right and one side rubs, the windshield washer fluid was not reconnected, there are paint "drips" in the channel where the roof panel was repaired.
