This is the second time I have taken a car in when what got said didn’t match what happened. I could accept once as maybe a better option, but twice now. In each case I was told “the part was damaged enough to require replacement” yet it wasn’t. It appears I have a plastic weld repair that soften the lines on that side of the bumper and paint chips that were just painted over with no prep. My daughter’s Civic; same thing with the fender. One time was Geico (recent) and the other was self-payed.

Related to my previous comment, I thought Anthony (and the front desk) handled this well on the front end, but somehow it changed in the process. I was told the car would get a new front bumper.
