I appreciate the the continuous text updates, friendly, knowledgeable and professional service from Rachel. The inside lobby was always clean, the customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I loved how I got my car completed earlier then projected. The body tech deserves a huge raise. His work made the car front end look perfectly new. The paint tech did an outstanding job. The hood that was painted looks to be a perfect match. The lady that detailed the car on the inside did a fantastic professional job. I will highly recommend this Pro Care to everyone I know. My car was completed earlier then projected. I received weekly texts updates on my car's progress every week. The estimator, body tech, painter, customer service representative and the person who detailed my car did an amazing job! You can not tell my car was hit. Was a little hard getting them to send me itemized repair quotes throughout the repair process, but other than that, it was great work. Took 2ish weeks, but I know with parts shipping and delays it would take longer than usual. Very satisfied!
