I was not given updates except to be told “I don’t know what else to do” or “I don’t know what else to say” when Classic Collision had my car for 5 weeks. The next few weeks I was told things would happen but they didn’t. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company at all.

I was told multiple times when my car would be ready or when certain things would happen and it didn’t turn out to be so. I was told by Jesse many time “I just don’t know what else to do…” leaving me to feel there was no end in sight and no possibility to get my car working again.
