I dropped my car off with Classic Collision not knowing what to expect. I was VERY happy with not only the quality of work, but also with Jake & Jessie in the office. I received a phone call days before my vehicle was due to be completed, stating that my car was in fact done! I can’t explain how happy I was to get my vehicle done. This was my first time dealing with this establishment. And I can tell you, I was extremely happy with the prompt service, but also the professionalism of Jake & Jessie. They answered all my concerns & questions. And kept me up to date on my vehicles progress. I felt like I met 2 new friends for the first time! I will DEFINITELY be recommending Classic Collision to anyone & everyone who needs vehicle repairs!! Also, their shop was nice & neat, (which is a hard thing to do in a working bodywork shop) I hope that I never hit another deer, but if I ever do, I know it’ll be in GREAT hands!! I’m VERY happy with my experience dealing with Classic Collision. They had AWESOME customer service, excellent communication with phone calls, & texts. I really was impressed with the cleanliness of their body shop. I don’t believe I’ve EVER seen a more clean & well run shop. I’ve done body work as a kid in the 1970’s with my family. And I know how hard it was to keep the shop clean, with all the sanding, priming, painting, etc. Classic has a VERY clean shop, & I could tell they take a lot of pride in their work!

I had excellent customer service with both Jake & Jesse. They were very professional in explaining the process of repairs to my car. They kept me informed with not only phone calls, but also with texts keeping me up to date. They also told me to call if I ever thought of any other concerns during my repairs process. So I most definitely had EXCELLENT customer service! I wish there were more companies that were this thorough & professional. They were both very informative & answered all my questions about the process.

This was my second time coming to this shop. The first time no problem with repair. This repair was not up to standard for a reparable repair shop.

They weren’t able to replace my bumper correctly. After driving away from the shop, the wind moves the bumper causing it not to be aligned. I can see the screws that holds the bumper below the head lights.
