The crash repair is excellent, a 10! I am disappointed with the windshield replacement job, however. Separate from the crash repair, I had the windshield replaced due to rock damage. The glass is poorly fitted along the upper length, particularly, the upper left (or passenger side) corner. It has to be redone. That is the reason for the "8" score.

I would not hesitate to recommend classic collision , to anyone. I am so happy that they did the job in such a timely manner.And I love the way my car looks. The young man that helped me that was at the front office was very polite and informed me of everything that they would be doing. Thanks to everyone at classic collision for a job well done.

I would definitely recommend Classic collision if you’re doing an insurance job but if you’re paying for it yourself, you might wanna shop around a little bit.

The repair is on very all good . Here’s the deal. When I went to pick the car after the repairs were complete I had to point out where the plastic Molding trim on the right front tire was sticking out away from the Car he could’ve easily got caught in a car wash and the service manager was like oh yeah I noticed that well if you noticed it then fix it before come here to pick it up. As far as the cost when I first took pictures of the vehicle and their AI estimator came up with 39003900. Then I made an appointment and one of their employees estimated at 5900 by the time it was finished turned out to be $7000 I pay cash . Had I ran it through my insurance probably would’ve been half the cost. So if you’re gonna use insurance, I say go there. If you’re gonna pay out-of-pocket shop around.

Once again, the service manager saw the same thing I saw on the fender he did not mention anything to his technician about fixing it. That rubbed me the wrong way.
