What a mess I had to keep my rental 3 days extra because your store closed an hour and a half early when they knew that I was coming to pick up , 2 hours in driving wasted. They need to tell customers when they call and ask if they can tow a car to their other store that they aren't really connected and that you will have to pick up and pay at the other store. Job is good but Because there was such confusion between the stores I had to wait 35 minutes for them to sort out paperwork when I went to pickup. You will have to call for the rest of the story involving Bailey.
