They left the door open on my car. The battery went dead. They gave me a jump to an hour and 15 minutes. Told me it would be OK after 20 minutes next day I got in the car to go to the doctor car wouldn’t start call them and they told me that my car had an old battery. How would they know i how old my battery was? They were working on the door, not under the hood. They refuse to own up that it was their fault they made over $5000 on that car and couldn’t replace 100 and something dollars for battery, but I will never come back to them. No insurance company send me back to them was supposed to be ready on the 24th. You changed it to the 30th the 30th and they changed it to the 31st. They had my car over three weeks and I had to pay for rental for the extra days, I would not refer them to anyone

I went to my car door was open got in. It wouldn’t start went back in. They gave me a jump. Told me don’t shut it off for 20 minutes. I told him I had to drive an hour and 15 minutes to get home and he said well you should be good so the next day I got in it to go to the doctor, the car wouldn’t start. I called them back and they said the battery in my car was old. I told him I never had a problem with my battery until y’all got my car and left the door open for. The whole weekend because I was supposed to pick it up that Friday they called me later in the evening and I wasn’t able to get it Friday so I picked it up Monday whereas it was supposed to be done July 24. he changed it to July 30 here comes July 30. They changed it till the 31st and they refuse to accept the fact that it was their made over $5000 on that car and couldn’t put 100 and something dollar battery that they caused to go dead I I wouldn’t report them to anyone. Hope I never have another accident cause I will not be going to them and anyone I know I will tell them not to go to classic Collision Somerville

Appreciate the communication and the updates on the status of the repair as my moved through the repair process. The staff was very helpful and very professional. This is 2nd time we have had a vehicle repair with y’all! Hopefully we don’t have to again, however we would definitely return if needed!

This is the second car Classic has repaired for us. They make it easy to coordinate the repairs, keep you informed throughout the process, and do immaculate work. I hope I don’t need car repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, Classic is where I’ll go.
