My back tailgate and the rear bumper looks good. However I still have not heard back from anyone (over a week now) about the part that is missing from my tailgate. I have to manually close it or use my key fob. I also had ask about a few other places to be repaired on my car and I would pay additional money for that, none were done except the scratch on the front bumper which the paint washed off when they cleaned the car so I had to sit and wait for the guy to go out and use a brush to paint the scratch in the parking lot when I was told my car was”ready for pickup”! I would have rather waited 2 more days or longer to have my car COMPLETELY ready instead of the half-ass that I got! Can someone please reach out to me and let me know when I can come back and get my part installed for my tailgate? I will be glad to rewrite this review once my transaction is “completely” complete!!

They were very helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole thing! Since my car was drivable, I was able to wait to turn in my car until the preliminary parts were ready which was super helpful since I wasn’t getting a rental car! They kept me updated and even stayed after hours when I went to pick my car up after work on a Friday! Highly recommend.
