I do not recall their names, but the manager and lady in the office possess phenomenal communication skills. I am well pleased with the high level of skills and expertise demonstrated by the technicians, and I highly recommend the Moncks Corner location. Oh, I can't overlook the proficiency of the detailers; When I returned to get my car, I was amazed at the appearance of it. They had it looking new.

I noticed you cleaned the car up really nice inside and out! I appreciated that but I did not enjoy seeing tire shine on my tires. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but there are some people that do not prefer that to be put on their tires. I am one of those people. Maybe in the future look into asking the customer if they want tire shine. Other than that I was highly impressed and thank you very much!
