The repairs were completed to satisfaction but The initial repair was suppose to be completed in 10 days. It was extended three different times, twice for three days and the last time for an additional week.

The quality of the repair is excellent and I would recommend y'all's repair shop to someone but I would let them know not to count on getting the car back when promised

10-day estimate turned into 6 weeks every time I called they said it would be ready tomorrow three different occasions and it wasn't. Quality of work is great I do think for the price and the extended time that y'all kept the vehicle y'all could have at least painted the base of the right rear view mirror

The work was completed to satisfaction. Within the exception of the vehicle is still pulling to the left, which I specifically stated during drop off. I didn’t bring it back in fear of not having the car for another month. I’ll pay out of pocket to have it checked first.

Personal was always friendly when I came in or called. However if I did not reach out I didn’t hear from them other than a text which was never accurate. A simple phone call of here’s the status would have made this review a lot different.
