The only reason I graded you a 6 is because of the length of time it took to fix my car. You did a great job with the repairs but the 3 and a half months it took to fix it was very taxing on me. Granted I know the parts being delayed wasn't your fault otherwise I have nothing negative to say . Your staff was very kind and for that you get an A+.
