Communication was awful! I brought my car in for a minor repair. I was told it would only take 3 days. It ended up taking almost 3 week. Within the almost 3 weeks they couldn't give me a date as to when the car would be ready. When I went to pick up my car, I had to wait almost another hour because the car was being detailed. That should have been done before I arrived. The whole experience was very frustrating.

The communication was awful. I was told that my car would be ready in 3 days . It took almost 3 weeks. I had to find rides to work the entire time. I was told it would be ready, but when I went to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. Not a good experience at all. It was very frustrating.

They kept telling me it would be ready and kept getting delayed. It was supposed to be done on a Friday had plans to go out of town at 6:30 got a text that is would be Monday! Very inconsiderate
