Staff was very friendly and did a wonderful job fixing my Rams hood. Was happy to see that the work done has a lifetime warranty. They washed my truck and vacuumed my interior before I picked it up. Truck looks like new! Very nice experience.

The whole office staff was super friendly, from my initial call which Cheryl answered every question which is why I decided to give you guys a try. Alex was super helpful with all my questions regarding my vehicle and Rocio was super sweet and friendly. Thank you guys for making this experience a positive one. The office kept me updated with their notifications in regards to the status of my vehicle. My car was ready sooner than I expected and was even detailed before I picked it up…Thank you guys I will definitely be going back if needed and will definitely recommend classic colisión to my family and friends.

Car rear passenger window did not go up and down after we got it back from the drivers seat but would go up and down at the door I think there is still a problem with the wiring in that door from the accident and Alex tried to suggest that it was our problem and you guys were not responsible for it we got the car right before closing had no time to inspect I don't think it is right when it was working before we brought it in and now we might have to pay should. Be the Insurance company from the guy who hit us I would like a call back to take care of this my cell is 9518331087 thanks

The people answering the phone were great. In person interaction with all staff members was great. Only issues was it took about a month or so to get my estimate emailed to me. It also took numerous phone calls.
